A: Founded in 2024, Hunan Blue Carp New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Bluecarpcell) is a key provincial project of Hunan. We are a professional manufacturer specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of lithium-ion batteries and systems. Our core team brings over 10 years of deep industry expertise to every project.
A: Our facility covers 200 mu with a total investment of 3 billion RMB. Our planned annual capacity is 5 GWh across three phases. As of late 2025, 1.2 GWh of capacity is fully operational, supported by industry-leading fully automated production lines.
A: We provide both new and tiered (second-life) lithium-ion cells. Our core offerings include:
Cylindrical Cells: 32700 (3.2V, up to 6500mAh) and 33140 (3.2V, 15Ah).
Prismatic Cells: High-capacity units ranging from 50Ah to 314Ah (3.2V).
A: Our products are characterized by high consistency, high energy density, and extended cycle life. We utilize a brand-new intelligent factory with high-standard cleanroom environments and a full lifecycle traceability system to ensure every cell meets premium standards.
A: Yes. Our battery systems are highly customizable and configurable. We offer intelligent energy management (BMS) advantages, allowing us to tailor voltage, capacity, and dimensions to meet specific global customer requirements.

E-Mobility: 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers (48V, 60V, 72V systems).
Home Energy Storage: 51.2V residential ESS solutions (100Ah – 314Ah).
Industrial: Small-scale mechanical power and solar street lighting.
Infrastructure: Base station backup power.
